Everyone was nice and welcoming as well as owner. The property was in the heart of the city. Further, it was very close to Cacao beach, a cafe in Nesebar and old Nesebar, away from the crowds...

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique villa in Nessebar. the staff, especially the Hotel Manager Gergana, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They met all of our requests with kindness and went above and beyond to accommodate our special dietary needs without us even having to ask. the location within the old town was charming and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. the breakfast offered a fantastic selection of fresh and delicious food. We were truly impressed by the hospitality and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!
Cannot find any fault. 👌.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful old building and its location in the quiet and restricted area of the old town is just perfect. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are of a high standard. The rooms with balconies overlooking the sea are absolutely stunning, especially with the windows opened to let in the fresh sea breeze. And to top it off, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful.
None come to mind!

the room was dated and not very clean, which really ruined the experience for us.

The villa itself was beautifully renovated, with exceptional attention to detail in the rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and the quiet ambiance throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning/heating. the cleaning services were impeccable, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was small but delicious, with local vegetables, cheese, and sweet treats. We also appreciated the good selection of red wines and coffee available at the bar.
The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the shower curtain could have been improved to avoid sticking to the body.

Good location, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor fitness area next to the beach and the charm of the old town. The breakfast was varied and included many options. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable.
Parking was a big issue since we couldn't park in front of the hotel and had to park 4 minutes away. The lack of a restaurant for dinner at the hotel was a downside.
